the location was great for getting around. i walked to many attractions. grand central terminal was a short walk. the staff was helpful with directions. they also stored my luggage after checkout. this allowed me to explore more before heading to the airport.
the gym in the basement had limited equipment, but it was adequate for a quick workout.

the staff was helpful. my room included bathrobes and slippers. i appreciated the convenient location to nearby attractions.
the room lacked soundproofing and street noise was audible, even late at night. i noticed there was no coffee maker in the room. the minibar prices were also expensive.

the location was great near grand central station. the staff was nice, especially at the front desk. the room, a queen room mobility accessible tub, was very clean.
I accidentally left a small item. The hotel policy prevented them from mailing it back to me.

small bathroom persistent noise
The location was acceptable since it was close to transportation.
The room seemed dated, and a refurbishment is necessary. The bathroom was quite small, a definite drawback. I also noticed noise from what sounded like air conditioning units. It was persistent.
