the location was great for getting around. i walked to many attractions. grand central terminal was a short walk. the staff was helpful with directions. they also stored my luggage after checkout. this allowed me to explore more before heading to the airport.

the gym in the basement had limited equipment, but it was adequate for a quick workout.

The location was acceptable since it was close to transportation.

The room seemed dated, and a refurbishment is necessary. The bathroom was quite small, a definite drawback. I also noticed noise from what sounded like air conditioning units. It was persistent.
