Convenient Stay Near Grand Central
accessible location attentive staff clean facilities
I found the location quite accessible. It is near Grand Central Terminal. The staff were attentive to my needs and provided helpful directions. I also appreciated the clean and well kept facilities throughout the hotel.
The absence of a restaurant on the premises limited dining choices within the hotel itself.
Service
9/10
The staff members offered prompt assistance and demonstrated helpfulness with all requests. They ensured a smooth check-in process, though there was a short wait, and the concierge gave clear directions.
Dining
8/10
The hotel currently lacks dining options on-site, though several restaurants and cafes are located within a few blocks. There is a coffee shop next door, and menus are available for delivery services in the lobby.
Facilities
9/10
The fitness center has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. Business amenities included complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and there are two computer stations in the lobby.
Location
9/10
The hotel is situated a few blocks from Grand Central Terminal, providing easy access to various subway lines. Several attractions, including the Chrysler Building, are within a 15-minute walk, though traffic noise is noticeable.
Rooms
8/10
My king room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and a seating area with a small sofa, though the floors creaked a bit! The bathroom included a rainfall shower and provided ample towels and toiletries.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
small bathroom persistent noise
The location was acceptable since it was close to transportation.
The room seemed dated, and a refurbishment is necessary. The bathroom was quite small, a definite drawback. I also noticed noise from what sounded like air conditioning units. It was persistent.
